Looks like Slickguns or whatever is also a spambot, look at the date of the price posted.

Price is correct and it is in stock. These used to sell for $269 about 2 years ago, but back then they were supplied with 4 mags, now only with one. However, most other stores are out of stock, the only other we know that has these in stock is Centerfire Systems, and their price is $320 shipped + 3% cc fees, but it comes with 3 mags.
