40 acres, and no garden?

Might be easier for us if you maybe took some pics or did a video. Avoid showing license plates, home addresses and anything that gives away your position if you decide to do that.

As far as your list goes, it seems to be the ultimate Prepper list. Still, you didn't list the quantities for each.

Personally, and I mean this as just me being honest, I would rather have mason jars and lids with a garden, then 30 tons of #10 foods.

Garden is there, about an acre and a half. I have seeds on the list and canning supplies too, just listed as no limit meaning, I don't have a set number I want, just as many as I can get.

Maybe think about a couple of small handcrank flashlights and lanterns for when the batteries start loosing power. Also... KETCHUP! OMG there's no ketchup!?!? And you haven't included home canning supplies. And was there a dehydrator in there, or will you just toss a couple together as required? (cuz that's just fine - they're easy to do.) Washing soda (not sodium bicarb) if you are planning on using that Borax to make your own laundry soap. Pet food? Books, for both pleasure and information. Seasonal decor items like Christmas tree decorations and birthday balloons. Powdered sugar? A couple of American flags. And jazz up your food list with treats such as olives and couple jars of maraschino cherries too, but you can can your own later. (The cherries but maybe not the olives.) Office equipment. Hardcover empty page books to use as diaries. (If you don't know where you've been, you will have a more difficult time seeing where you're going.)

Why 308 AND a 243 Rifle? They are basically the same cartridge with a smaller or larger diameter bullet. You can do much of the same things with each rifle. I personally would eliminate the 243, keep the 308, and use the money or trade for ammo, mags or other gear. Since you have 2 Mosin Nagants, I would stash each of them with ammo and stripper clips in various places of security, where one of them could be obtained in a moment of crisis.

How about books.
They don't even have to be ones you want to read but if you can pick up a few here and there for cheap they may provide valuable wind down material and be helpful in teaching youngsters to read.
Of course they could also be useful books such as old machinists, carpenters, seamstress etc etc books.

Charcoal- The kind without starter fluid already added. It is the cheapest emergency cooking fuel available. You didn't mention how you would resupply- Tractor/ Mule , Heirloom Seeds. I don't see any long term sanitation- Lime- for out-house (Latrine)- septic tank.

What no Spam?
Need to get 2 or 3 of some items.
What if your one pellet gun broke?
Or Clumsy drops it and scope doesn't work anymore?
+1 on books and games. My wife will be lost without her DS.
No entertainment, get cases of condoms.

This is just a list that you hope to fill?
