Thank you for posting Justme. I really don't care for organ music, but it brought back memories of my grade school music teacher who was also my 6th grade teacher and the church organist. I really liked him and learned a lot from him. So then I decided to google him and found out he passed away in 2018. Thanks for the memories

I saw (and heard and felt) some guy with no name play the Tocatta and Fugue in a small chapel in Heidelberg.

Crushed it, and there is NOTHING on this planet that is more awesome in person.

I have several recordings of it, they were in my list of things used to test stereo equipment prior to buying it. Used to literally shake apartment buildings and burn up cheap gear with them.

I have a set of Carver Amazing Loudspeakers and dual Carver M1.0 amps, 8 woofers, 1000 watts of power...as the name says....it's simply amazing.

Justme, thank you for posting about this amazingly talented man, I'd never heard of him, and now have an entire body of work to listen to.

His interpretation of JS Bach is just incredibly good. Thank you!
