Okay, I am getting envelopes ready. I would like to have another run, but this time make them a larger size. The ones ordered seem to me to be good for the shooting bag or hat, but small for the sleeves of a shirt or coat. Maybe we should remove the knife from the fire as it doesn't come out very well. Opinions vary.

So I have about 5 patches left over. I am thinking these might not be worth the effort to see them because there isn't enough here. I think instead I will enlist the help of the Mods to choose one post monthly that goes above and beyond in teaching, sharing or skill building. Whomever makes the post will receive a free patch. Do you all think this is a good idea?

I can make whatever changes y'all want. I would prefer to wait until everyone receives the first order so we can get everyone's opinion. I will post a picture of mine as soon as I get it so everyone else can see what they look like and make suggestions

Id be sad to see the knife go,as to me a knife is the most important survival tool you can have,you can make fire with your knife[Bowdrill] build a shelter[lean too-A frame] hunt[Spear-bow&arrow] and a hundred more uses,tell me of another tool that is so versatile for survival.?

Every thing on the patch apart from the rifle can be made with a knife.:thumb:

Count me in for several of the patches if more are made. I think they look great as is and would like to see the knife remain. Sticks said it best.

I also think this makes perfect sense...let's "experience" the real article and then revisit things after that. :thumb:

I'd hate to see us spinning our wheels with another "what do we want this thing to look like" discussion, but if we do I agree with Sticks, I think the knife element is essential. That's my two cents...:thumb: (my thumb's gettin' sore...)

But yeah, I had no idea a patch was in development much less that it had already been made and sold.

I knew about the patch but missed the buy in. Pathfinder if you do another run let me know and I will get some money your way, much thanks to everyone involved. I wonder if we can get some shirts etc. I want a new lunch box for the kids, it would make the school "happy" to have to look up Latin

Patches have been mailed via U.S. Postal Service. If you do not get them in a regular amount of time for your location please PM me or send me a note on my email so I can research why. There are some that went to England and New Zealand so I expect them to take a bit longer.

I am thinking about ordering 300 larger patches in the next few months and just selling them as I can to provide a opportunity to get them for every one. I gotta save up some money first. The patches kind of set me back a bit with shipping and all the other costs involved so I have to re think cost and all. Probably be 3 to 4 dollars a patch as the new ones will be bigger and more expensive to have made.

Yea, an $5 ain't much, I'd rather a little extra going towards the site than you having to fork out your own money. :thumb:
