Wal-Mart is prime hunting ground for these first-class, second-to-none parents! The mothers and fathers of the future of a large part of our society.

My recent find did not happen at a Wal-Mart, actually a Toy-r-us. A mom walked out with her three kids. The oldest in a hoodie and shorts. No, this wasn't a sunny day in Florida. It was a 4 degree, windy day in Ohio.

Who in their right ****ing mind would let their child go out the door in shorts when it is 40 degree, let alone 4

Here's one for you.

A man tied a rope around his little girls' waist and let her play on a bridge piling over the Grand River when it was flooded last spring. Of course, he was standing on the safe side of the guard rail.
