What do you have in the wayof firearms? HOw about Ammo, mags, spare parts, cleaning kits, etc.? What caliber of firearms do you want to add?

Right now you need both food and guns in your plans. Figure out how much money you can put into each. Let your neighbors here know and let them give you suggestions. remember with guns it is like buying clothes, it may fit me but that does not mean it will fit you. I like Sigs but a lot of people here love Glocks. it is what works for you. Like in planning, you have to make choices good and bad. See you in the posts. GB.

So far I love it! Small town with the big city amenities, and I still get a desert climate only 10 degrees cooler! Plus I feel a lot safer than being in the Valley as far as civil unrest is concerned. I love Kanab! We stop at a restaurant on our way to Utah every year for Christmas and have the chicken fried steak! I can't remember what the place is called though...

So far this is what I have...

Glock 22 (40 cal) Uncle Mike's Holster and 4 total mags, and enough ammo for all mags.
HK P2000sk (40 cal) for my wife, a conceal holster, no extra mags *yet
Mossy 500 with a Knoxx Sidewinder Kit (10 rd drum and 2 xtra 7 rd mags), folding buttstock and enough slugs to fill all mags.

What I plan to get is the Sig 556 SWAT from what I've read it has gas piston and can be adjusted on the fly in case of a jam. Plus I love the way it feels when I hold it!

My wife and I are slowly building up our food supply and getting a list together to purchase items for our individual BOBs
