I need to find ONE single book that I can have to teach me how to live off the land in a urban setting. It needs to be one book, no size requirements, and it needs to have so much info my brain explodes. I know I don't have the ability of remembering all of the things here and online so that's why I need one single book to ad to my pack.

Keep in mind I'll have my BOB, all food preps and other preps I have, most likely staying in a BOL I have, and some personal items.

Instead of a book, how about a kindle or other PDA that can store and read hundreds of books? You would need to be able to charge it but you would save on weight and space.
