i heard he's going to write a book about how he wouldve stolen the stuff and kidnapped people if he did it
He already wrote that book its called "If I did it". I think it was pulled off the shelves though. I didn't plan to buy one so I can't say for sure.

*Nevermind, I now see you mean his newest law troubles. Well if he does plan to write another book he'll have plenty of time behind bars to work on it:D:

I have to say that this is about the only good news I've heard in a long time. Finally that scumbag is going to pay. I just hope they don't send him to one of those country club prisons with tennis courts , where he will be living better off than 90% of Americans. It's just to bad that he got to live the last 13 years in freedom, now he's 61 and will probably be sentenced to home arrest in a few years.

man! I am SICK of the publicity and air time this bozo gets for his actions. I'm glad he was found guilty....I'll be interested to see where my tax dollars relocate him to. But the circus has just begun. Now the appeal will drag things out, the sentencing will block more roads downtown....it's an absolute disgrace!!!

I was told he makes 30K a month in retirement money Fred Goldman could not get to by the civil court order. Per ERISA the snake gets money from structured retirement accounts and the half the IRS ain't getting is free of the civil order.
However the law that protects that money from Goldman might not apply to the Nevada State Department of Corrections.....OJs new host.
In that case he may pay for his own incarceration.
That is speculation on my part as I have not been able to find anything to really support it except that now if he gets a life sentence his retirement money is subject to lien in lieu of "rent".
I would see it as justice here...not complete but at least some if the DOC seized his entire income and gave it to Fred Goldman as a fee for his "Consultation on the OJ issue" for the rest of that mans life and his daughters too.
Not that it is likely to happen.

Oh and what happens to OJ in Vegas does stay there.:thumb:
I would be curious if anyone on this board in Corrections could find out how many "kites" are floating through the prison system in Nevada right now bidding on who gets OJ first.

our sense of justice is a bit diffrent from california....simpson was once a celebrated and honored american it's a shame to see how he squandered that respect with murder and robbery now he will be spending the rest of his life in a nevada prison.........

A laughable statement at best. I would rather live in a trailer park(which I don't), live on handouts and liquor, and have the freedom to choose what I do. The freedom to be a worthless drain on society, with the abilty to move anywhere I choose, is surely a better fate than being locked behind prison walls for the rest of one's life. 90% of Americans....please.

He won't have fun, that's for sure!

I was "in" corrections, albeit the other side. OJ will "PC-up" and go to protective custody most likely. Many states have prisons set aside solely for those who would be targeted on a mainline...rapists, molestors, drop-outs, etc. He, I guarantee, is hating life right now.

PS...the "country club" prisons are federal...he will be doing "state" time. NO country club.
