Yeah right. This protest has been going on how long now? Its not like people don't know whats going on there. And this guy was just walking along and got the beatdown for no reason at all? Something stinks.

And is it me or does this guy have a Muslim sounding name? I bet theres more to the story than we're being told.

I guess he's guilty,you guys convicted him,too sad.

From work.
Work, for him, is 10 miles outside of Oakland.

Seems the Mercury News has him participating in the walk to the port, in protest.

Sabeghi participated in a march to the Port of Oakland on Wednesday evening as part of a largely peaceful daylong general strike attended by as many as 7,000 people. Sabeghi said that after the march he and a friend went to dinner, and then tried to walk home, said David Goodstal, Sabeghi's friend and business partner. Goodstal said he was not there.

How many Active and Vets following this?

I'm in the middle of chaptering a soldier out of the Army now, and I wonder how many of these Vets, have been Honorably Discharged that are protesting.

LOL thank god for videos and here I thought the cops did something wrong.

I like how he was asked to move but didnt.

He is wearing a bandana under his chin which most folks do when they use it to cover their face.

It looks like he deserved a beat down for being such a punk to the cops. And I highly doubt he was just walking down the street minding his own business in the middle of a scene like that lol.

What do you expect when you confront police in riot gear and they tell you to leave?

It's not like he was trying to 'just walk home' but started the confrontation.

So the guy said f america
and was seen throwing rocks?

You guys are some kind of America's,guilty at the court of SB.

You guys don't represent the America I know,due process,appropiate force,and the 1st Amendment.

You've found him guilty and he deserves a ruptured spleen?

You guys like the Democratic Party's Police Force,Too?

Hey guys, what's something you might take with you in your BOB? A handkerchief, you know, maybe you don't want sweat to get into your eyes or maybe people are throwing chemical smokes or tear gas, maybe a house or two are on fire and you don't want to breathe that crap in. Makes a great improvised respirator.
Maybe he WAS just walking home, but decided to go a long the ows, but realized the vandalism going on and decide to walk away... Oops, police are already closing in! No way out now, you are arrest and beaten, I doubt they needed to use such force.
Judging someone and calling them an idiot without knowing the whole story makes you worse then anyone there.
