The people in Louisiana are upset that Obama will not interrupt his vacation to come and check on them because of the flooding. All things considered, aren't they better off with him staying away. Let's face it all he would do is spend an hour blaming it on President Bush and global warming or climate change, whatever is more convenient. Same thing goes for the people in California who have suffered because of the fires.

He's the ultimate hypocrite. Examples you ask?

He skewered Bush for:

* Deficit spending raising the debt $4 Trillion. He's raised it $10 Trillion.
* Wars. Obama is the only POTUS in history to have been at war his entire term.
* Drone strikes. He loves drone strikes.
* Vacations and wasting money. The Obama's have spent over $100 million on vacations, which works out to like $36,000 per day for 8 years on bloody vacations. More than the average American earns in a year!
* Transparency. The Obama admin has been the most secretive and clandestine admin in history, literally invoking privilege and stonewalling investigations into their "transparency."

I could go on, but the point of this thread is the Bush handling of Katrina. Obama was relentless about it. And yet he plays golf in Martha's Vineyard while Louisiana is under water.

The guy is just unbelievable in his bold, inept hypocrisy.

Bold yes. Hypocritical, yes. Inept, no. He has executed Soros' instructions almost flawlessly.

And he's still young enough to make a damned nuisance of himself for another 30 years.

Come on, Sweet Meteor O'Death. We deserve obliteration for letting this go on for so long.

What do the people in LA want with Obama? They all want smaller government, less hand outs, to rely solely on themselves for survival. Obama caused Katrina. Screw FEMA
Isn't that right?

No... not exactly.
Trump acted.
Obama, as usual, will REact. Shamed into doing what he SHOULD have been doing, what we pay him for. If he (and you) can't understand that golfing is not a higher priority than ensuring those you govern are safe, then perhaps a reexamination of duties should be conducted.

By the way, there was some R state politician in LA that was trying to make the Cajun Navy take courses and get certified prior to helping people out down there. Unbelievable.

I wish I had saved the link.

Let's see....

Bush organized FEMA before the hurricane hit and cut his vacation short in order to fly over the damage. He also cajoled the Governor at the time to mobilize the National Guard before hand....which she didn't do!

The media cries and blames Bush

Obama organized FEMA after the fact, yet can't be pulled off the golf course and his big party along with a fundraiser that benefits one of his own party members.....not anyone associated with Louisiana.

Trump takes his own jet along with his running mate. Potential sitting President and Vice President with supplies and no press to help, doesn't blame anybody.....yet!

Most of what you hear is crickets from the media

On the subject of the President visiting, we don't need him down here right now. When he shows up in a disaster area his security arrangements pull valuable resources away from where they are needed.
At this time, my city of St Gabriel is still seeing flood waters rise in parts of the city. We are dealing with rising water here while other areas are dealing with recovery efforts such as gutting and mucking out homes.
The Traitor-in-Chief being in town isn't going to help any of the tens of thousands of people who are working in 90 degree heat and humidity trying to rip out sheetrock and carpets.
Let the big eared commie play golf and let us work on getting out lives together.

The government is always 'just trying to help'...that's where the problems start.

Just make a law that people attempting to assist cannot be turned away, simple. If people are required to take a class, register and get a permit before helping their fellow man, many will just turn away.
