NYC Cops shoot man wielding a knife

VERY hard to tell from the video if he was moving aggressively at the police or lunged at them. The LEOs looked closer than 21 feet, so if he made a lunge at them, that would most likely result in what happened next. A knife isn't much use in a gunfight unless you can reach out & touch someone.
