Has anyone had any problem with the No-Rad-Zone.com company? I ordered a Big Berkey water filter system, extra filters, two sets of fluoride filters and some potassium iodide. I ordered it back at the end of May and have only gotten the potassium iodide. They sent me a email when I ordered the items and it showed where I paid for everything and they said they were behind several weeks. I have called them 14 times and emailed them 5 or 6 times and I can not get an answer from them at all. When you call it goes to a voice mail and I have left messages every time. I really hate to loose that much of my prep money! I ordered the Berkey on my credit card and decided to order the other items and I placed them on my PayPal account. PayPal says it is past their time frame for me to get my money back from them. Can anyone out there give me some advice or lead me in the right direction? Any help would be appreciated!!! I had a similar issue once and I had used a Visa or MasterCard to pay for the item. The credit card company took the retailer on and refunded the money right away. There was no hassle on my end, I was very happy with that.

Good luck, get after it right away and you might get your money back.
