Thanks all, I was raised in east texas. Moved to down town dallas for about 2 years and now live in a small town in far north dallas. I love it here, but want to move to south west texas, when we can.

It is tex-mex, 50lbs of rice in dallas area from a wholesaler $23.46 just looked today. The same size beans about the same price. Avocado prices have went down by almost half. FYI
