But I stayed up long enough to catch their speeches. These are probably the first time they have gotten nationwide network coverage of their stump speeches, and I believe some of them blew it big time.

Have any of you sat and listened to Bernie? The man is absolutely sincere about his intentions, and he is absolutely nuts. If Bernie gets the nomination, the entire Dem party is going down.

Pete believes he is speaking to fellow Democrats and has no idea how insulting he is. Since South Bend is overwhelmingly democratic, he has not been forced to deal with folks who live and work differently.

Amy Klo is the only one that recognizes there is another contest after the Democratic convention. She is clearly cheerleading her side, but she is not trying to infuriate most of the voters.

This primary is showing the fractured nature of the DNC electorate. Bernie has the commies and the kids. Buttigieg has the gender queers. Klobuchar draws the "moderate" X'ers and Boomers who have income. The tide has potential to shift based on who drops out and when. E.g. I suspect Biden's voters will move to Klobuchar if/when he drops out and Warren's votes would shift to Bernie. Hard to predict at this point. Overconfidence would be a mistake for Trump supporters unless one of these nuts runs 3rd party. They may be off their rocker, but so is half of the electorate.

When the Dems finally pick their candidate and lose in November I predict their party will splinter in half. The far left base and moderates are so far apart they don't even recognize each other. I believe Joe Biden is done. He can go back to the retirement village and count his Ukrainian cash.
Warren is also done. She can hang around the US Senate, but she will be no more effective than Romney.

Mayor Pete and Amy Klo are future Democratic leaders. They both should try for higher level experience before running for President again.

This is my thought too. Bernie wins again, doesn't get the nomination, and his voters walk. He doesn't even need to run 3rd party for his voters to sink the Dems. They'd rather see the country bern to get to their end faster.

I'd rather watch grass grow. Far more exciting. But thanks for the update. The best chance the Dems have at beating Trump is Tulsi but the Dems are too stupid to recognize that fact. I oppose her views but she has more intelligence in her pinky toe than the rest of the DummyCrats combined.
