Sonoran hot dog needs beans.
Cuban black beans and rice is easy and good.
Feijoada Brazilian black bean stew if you have meat sausage and bacon.

 

I love lentils. My husband would only eat (separately) split peas or pintos so I am pretty sick of them.

Today's the one day I didn't make beans. I'm having a chicken curry with vegetables, heavy on the ginger and onion, today.
