15ML? are you sure? Just for you SLOW folks (A JOKE) that is a half ounce. Is that dehydrated milk? What is a "square meal"? If I understand correctly (and I could be wrong) These seem to require a lot of NZ Army ration components, most likely this works for your location, but in the rest of the world it makes for hard getting. Maybe you should source a few of those components from a local store, just to make you mres a little more source-able for yourself and others?

There's nothing there that can't be substituted by an equivalent at any grocery store anywhere. Thanks Matt, good ideas.
