List any improvements you think need be done. This was scavenged from places and changed around a bit.

Alice Pack Medium (LC-1)

Top Flap (inside) (All stored in one 1 gallon ziplock)
1. Wool Hat
2. Maps in Zip lock bags
3. Eyeglass repair kit
4. Small sewing kit
5. 4-foot cargo straps for securing sleeping bag (2)
6. Spare Glasses
7. 4 AA Batteries
8. Assorted Zipties
9. Assorted Tool Kit

Radio pocket (inside main compartment)
1. Undershirt, shorts, boot socks x2 (rolled up) (All stored in one 1 gallon ziplock)

Main Compartment (inside) (All Stored in large waterproof sack)
1. Extra pair of pants
2. Cold weather gear stuff sack with: Gloves, Pile cap, long johns, Balaclava
3. Mess Kit (Esbit Stove/P-38 Can Opener/Utensils/Dish Rag)
4. Stuff sack w/2-3 days of Freeze Dried food

Left Outside Pocket (from rear) (Stored in one 1 gallon ziplock)
1. Sweater

Middle Outside Pocket (Stored in medium waterproof sack)
1. Poncho
2. Sealed Package of Travel Tissues x2
3. Notebook/Pen/Pencil (In small ziplock)
4. Duct Tape
5. 50 ft of 550 cord
6. Gerber Folding Blade 4 inch

Right Outside Pocket (from rear)
1. 2 days food rations (Each day individually contained in Ziplock)

Left Side of Pack (from rear)
Top
1. 2 days food rations (Each day individually contained in Ziplock)

Bottom
1. First Aid Kit

might want to have good pair compact binoculars--noticed you listed glasses--you could check area- -every ones eyesight gets a little fuzzy as we age--least mine has
