1 breakfast and 2 entrees x 30 - a bottle of iodine and salt and pepper pack for the side pocket.
works better when you roll up the top of the entree bag to match the length of the bacon and eggs bag - third to last pic shows you how this fits into a square into the Duffle

Those grocery bags aren't very sturdy. Gonna bet that the mylar bags that MH comes in will cut those grocery bags open if bounced around enough.

You might want to get some plastic tubs to put your duffles in - better camoflage.

Seems to me that a GI duffle bag would be more attractive to someone than a big plastic tub marked christmas tree lights.

how much does it weigh ?
Based on the average weight of a mountain house meal, it weighs somewhere around 35 pounds including the iodine and salt and pepper.

I can't imagine needing salt with mountain house products though!!

Hopefully the salt is for the "I just caught a fish and want to season it" scenario.

You might want to add some vitamin c to get rid of the iodine taste from your water as well.
