Medic Kits- Hell!

Call me slow but since when did medical kits have expiry dates!?

I opened a FAK today to find anti bacterial wipes, hand wipes and mosquito bite wipes had passed thier "expiry date"

Anyone shed any light onto this ?? :confused:
