OK, so we bought a cast iron manual powered grain mill/grinder of eBay and I thought we could put together a list of stuff you can do/make with a grinder.

I'm thinking we are going to make alot of corn meal and flour mostly..

also, does anyone have a good recipe for wholewheat bread? how about tortillias and cornbread muffins and stuff?

OHH, and where can I buy wheat? I've heard of it being sold at farm stores and stuff, I also just watched a video where a lasy bought big bags of it at walmart. I havent seen it there, I will have a look next time Im there though. I have looked in the grocery stores but havent found it..

my cousin works in the deli at a local grocery store and shes saving me up a bunch of buckets : cant wait..

You can grind rice for rice flour.

If you grind your split peas before you cook 'em it makes a smoother soup
