Does anyone know any parts I could order that would help me make the Tech-Sights TS220 rear aperture tighter? I want more precision for my Ruger 10/22.

The eye naturally puts the bead in the center. Humans see things that are symetrical. When it isn't, you can tell.

If you make the peep smaller it might help a bit with you focusing on the center however even ifyou made the aperture bigger you would still naturally line up the site correctly.

Any advice on gaining more precision w/ iron sights? The front is identical to any M4 front sight.

Don't know about those. But, you could change them out for the A.R.M.S. BUIS

...darn...posted before I finished...they have dual apertures built in.

Those use standard AR-15 apertures. You might check Brownells or Midway for competition apertures. They make them down to pretty tight, including some models with screw in apertures of different diameters, so that you can fine tune the sight to your preferences.
