All my dogs are trained drafting dogs. I have 3 different wagons of various sizes, the largest for my 2-dog team and the other two for my single dogs. My dogs were 5, 5, 7 and 9 when I began training them so any dog can learn this. My oldest dog no longer pulls weight but I still harness him up and let him pretend he is pulling by attaching him to the side of the big wagon. He is 14 now and still acts like a puppy. There are many good websites out there to teach you how to train drafting dogs.

My 2-dog team wagon is big enough for me to sit in and ride easily. It has a hand brake but I don't use it much. The dogs are trained with verbal commands and with leash pulls. I very rarely even need the brake but it is good to have for emergencies.
