I just hooked up magicJack to my computer and cut off my telephone company. Oh, magicjack the telephone service I had though the wind company. I love it, $59.00 for 5 years of service and that covers local and long distance with caller ID and call waiting.

I hope the phone service is better than their customer service. They never processed my order and couldn't explain to me why and would not give me the offer that was going on at the time that I ordered.

My magic jack is hit or miss. It doesn't matter than I have Cable modem with the fastest service from the provider.

Hit or Miss is what I am seeing too. I have read a few good threads about MagicJack on a couple of different forums. Many times the service will start out strong for someone and then fade gradually over time. I am wondering if it's a cheap hardware issue? The service is so affordable they must be paying bottom dollar for the magicjacks.
