Just bragging about an incredible lucky win.

I went to a sportsman's banquet tonight. I bought a $20 chance on an M1A rifle. I won. :

Looking the rifle over, they put a muzzle break on it to make it CT complaint. It only comes with a 10 rd mag. I figure I have spent about $400 in raffle tickets over the years I have been going to that banquet including about $100 total for the same rifle as they always seem to have one.

I'm thinking it paid off. Yes, I'm happy. :

Hey, this is CT; you don't think I could walk out of the banquet with it do you?

No FFLs working during the banquet so they send them to a store the winner chooses. There were three choices. I can't get the gun until I go to the gun store I asked them to send it to. Then I'll sign the forms and take possession.

I'll probably make time to get it sometime next week as the closest store is still out of my way. But I will definitely post a pic.... after I drool on it a little. :
