Good thing "the honorable mayor" was able to take off his ankle bracelet and go to the DNC so he could get together with barry soetoro/obama.

Judge Sentences Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to 5 Years in Prison

Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick was sentenced to up to five years in prison Tuesday for violating the terms of his probation on an obstruction of justice conviction.

Kilpatrick, 39, asked Judge David Groner to show him compassion during the hearing, but Groner said "that ship has sailed."

Groner said Kilpatrick would have to serve at least 1 1/2 years in prison, but that he would be credited for 120 days of time served from his original sentence. He is still obligated to pay back the remaining balance of his $1 million debt to the city of Detroit.

Would it shock any of you if the Prez pardoned him? It wouldn't shock me? And if he does...

what more fitting post for him than that of the newly created Minister of Justice for this regime...

You guys have no idea what we've been dealing with concerning this guy. It was an absolute circus. Almost everyday there was something. I loved how he said he couldn't afford his restitution payment and all he could afford is $6 a month (he was to pay back $1 million when it was estimated to have cost the city nearly $3 million) so he went to court to get it lowered. They found out he was living in a home that cost almost a million dollars, had 2 brand new Escalades, shopped at high end stores, got his wife an elective surgery, and afforded to fly back and forth from Texas and Detroit. He was in prison for perjury but continued to lie about...well, everything. He thought he was entitled to anything he wanted. His mother is in congress, Carolyn Cheeks-Kilpatrick and his hero/role model was Detroit Mayor Coleman Young who was probably one of the most corrupt politicians in history. This is just the beginning. He has possible federal indictments coming down for taking bribes and a very slight possibility some type of murder or manslaughter charge. His dad is being indicted for taking and offering bribes and his mother, so far, has stayed clean. Although she is up for reelection this November. Should be fun.

Man, just by stating such "not correct" facts, you are obviously a "RACIST!!!!"

Where is that race pimping huckster that's with the southern "poverty" cash, I mean law center when there's money to be made by such an accusation?

Must be some good advice.....
