For whatever reason, you know it is going to be your last meal and you can have whatever you want. What would you have.

Let's limit this to a standard six course meal

Hors d'oeuvres; 2

Soup; 1

Appetizer; 1

Salad; 1

Entree/ main course; 1 with sides, 2 if in a combination like surf and turf

Dessert; 2

Personally, I am really going to have to think on this one, might take me awhile.:

1/2 lbs ground round grilled in two separate patties, lightly charred on the outside, slightly pink on the inside, sprinkled with a little salt, cayenne pepper and garlic powder, 8 strips of crisp hickory smoked bacon, 2 slices of American cheese, a decent amount of raw yellow onions chopped not sliced, and Hellman’s mayo on both sides of a fresh from the oven brioche bun.
A side of steak fries cooked in real beef tallow.
Basic garden salad with ranch dressing.
Vanilla malt.

Cherry pie.

The salad is really just so my wife thinks I’m at least trying to eat healthy

I would eat something that would really stink the place up after I'm gone. I would forego some of the stink for mrs beaner's coconut cream pie.

Hors d'oeuvres; Cheese plate

Soup; not picky

Appetizer; something with garlic, shrimp, and bacon

Salad; chopped

Entree/ main course; large sirloin with mac and cheese maybe some wild rice.

Dessert; chocolate peanut butter something - both are huge migraine triggers for me so ice cream or other dessert with both would be excellent...if I didn't die though I would wish I had.

Grilled Lamb w/ Rosemary and garlic-rub in Olive Oil, steamed asparagus (or esacarole) w/ garlic salt and sesame seeds, and a nice flat-bread w/ a bit of sea-salt infused.. Washed down w/ a nice Cab+Merlot, Tiramisu and Espresso for 'dessert'.... and 30cc's of Mexican Brown as the 'night cap'..

(..After that, the 'other courses' will matter not.. :D:

Years ago my husband took me to a five star rated Indian restaurant in SW Houston. It had the best reviews, truly excellent.

Anyway I was really craving Indian food (not pregnant) and he obliged. We took the bus and walked in very casual. They seated us and treated us with great respect but not phony.

We decided to order the prix fixee menu, I think it is called, several courses for one price, modest portions. It was fantastic food they had a watermelon sauce to die for. It was at least 4-5 courses. I just remember it being probably one of the top 5 meals I ever had in my life, very good, and a good time talking to my husband between courses. :)

One of my good memories and glad I have it. We ate at a nice steakhouse or two but that was special.

And I can't remember the restaurant name to save my life.

TO SET the stage properly, this has to be considered the last meal before an execution...

For me, it would be a full course BIG lobster dinner.

I am highly allergic to crustaceans

I would hit that lobster and according to my allergist I would probably be dead before I leave the table...

Take that oppressive government executioners.:thumb: (now, imagine the thumb is a middle finger):D:

I'm pretty sure eating all of the courses is gonna be the very reason it's my last meal. :D:

Hors d'oeuvres: Bacon cheddar jalapeno poppers and deviled eggs

Soup: Seafood gumbo

Appetizer: Cheddar cheese fries covered with bacon bits and chili.

Salad: Ice-burg lettuce, bacon bits, boiled egg bits, garlic croutons, onion slices, and yogurt blue cheese dressing

Entree/main course: A huge pile of boiled crawfish with red potatoes/corn

Dessert: Crème Brûlée followed by home-made cheesecake

If I survived this, then also 1/2 gallon of Pepto Bismol
