A few years back I bought a Kukri that was made by an Indian Firm that had the contract for making Kukuri's for the British army Nepalese troops. It was rather heavy and had two small light bladed knives in the scabbard as well. For what I paid of it after sharpening it up it is a useful chopping tool.

I have two Kukris, one is a ww2 style kukri with a wooden handle that I beat to hell and use for everything... even took it to the middle-east with me and used it digging up landmines. The other is a very nice blade with buffalo horn handle from http://www.khukurihouseonline.com/ and I love it.
