It's hard to believe it's been 1 full year of prepping. I am near to completing my food goals and I can't wait to turn my full attention on solar and other areas.

Here's where I am. The first thing I did was to build a room dedicated to storing my food preps. I built it in the basement for temperature reasons and space. It looks like a regular room/door off the downstairs family room.

rough guess, maybe 120...it's odd shaped (like me ..lol) but all the walls are shelfs

Nicely done! I didn't spot any ammo though. Might wanna stock up on some of that too... Again nicely done!

lol...I didn't know you wanted to see the Gun/ammo room

It's just a closet upstairs, I have 3 rifles, 3 shotguns and 2 hand guns.

I have a small barn that I keep my firewood in and another for gas, LP gas,
generators etc.

This is my all-purpose, shtf, fix or repair room

maybe 65% overall, food wise I'm real close to creating that bridge to self reliance or at least a good shot at it.

I have no illusions, if this thing really, really, really goes down it's going to be pure hell to overcome the obstacles we will all face just to survive.

Many times I feel like I am only throwing a bunch of big pillows around for the crash that might come.

Awesome Job!

That is a great set up all the way around.

You make me realize how far behind I am and I better get it in gear!

PS: I have the same first aid kits. Great value!
