This is getting pretty tiring because Trump wins these cases when he takes the issue to a higher, non-partisan court. Another Obama-appointed judge ruled against a new Trump administration immigration policy aimed at people who overstay their visas.

Almost every issue blocked by an Obama-appointed judge was well-researched in advance and Trump's people were clearly well within their legal rights to make the change. A judge should not be able to overrule a policy unless it conflicts with federal law. In this case, as with others, it does not.

There are no checks and balances in a system based on honor and integrity which has been abused by politics and personal agendas.

There should be a law that judges with a certain number of rulings overturned by SCOTUS would be removed from the bench. Federal judges are paid for life. The law should be stop their pay in the event of a removal. It would cause people to shop harder for judges so they don't get their favorites removed as well as some gamesmanship to force people to follow the constitution.

All of these obamma lamma ding dong appointed judges know well their rulings will be over turned. All they are doing is trying to slow the machine down in any manner they can. In their minds it will allow these wrongs against America to continue that much longer. They know it will take time effort and money to get an injunction and nullify their rulings. In the interim it gives their other activists in other arenas breathing room.
