I have some observations and questions I would like to post and would like some reasonable answers to these observations/questions.
National debt 14 trillion
Dollars available in USA 9 trillion m2 m3 money supply
Dollars leaving USA trade defecit 700 billion per year
Now if this was a house hold (I know its more complicated but concept is valid) My debt would be 14 trillion, i would have 9 trillion in savings, and spending 700 billion per year. This means i have no income huge debt and a shrinking savings.
I know they print more dollars pump it into the economy to keep up money supply but that just hurts us all by weakining the dollar. From my limited understanding printing money will catch up and collapse the economy.
How will we ever catch up? How will we ever earn money as a nation and not continue down this national spending path? What happens if our money supply gets lower and lower and they have to stop printing due to a severly weak dollar.
Does anyone have any idea what can be done to avert this... and is it plausible or likely. I know there are solutions but how likely is our government to actually fix them before its too late.
So what is more likely collapse or solutions?
