I am home from work today, supposed to be studying for an IT certification test I am scheduled to take this afternoon.

I made the mistake of turning on Fox News. Between the debt situation and (ir)regular news, I am distracted and nervous.

Maybe I should post this on the Religious forum to ask for prayers on my exam.

You need to study and not worry about what you cant change. Just prepare for the worst and live your life. But dont live in fear or thats not real living. Enjoy life for you never know when something will happen.
