And? If the deputies did wrong then they will be nailed to the wall. Bondsmen have always operated under different rules and laws based upon different court decisions from state-to-state. But, if the bondsman was wrong, he'll be nailed too. Let's wait and see what happens. Wrong is wrong and most respectable police agencies won't permit it to continue and will follow up on investigating it to punish those that failed to do right. Simple as that.
