Congrats and welcome!

First thing you need to install a rear flip up sight and zero that first. This should always be the first step and optics can fail. Once that is zeroed you can install your red dot and zero it by aligning it with the front sight post while looking through the rear flip up sight. Then just shoot a few shots to insure that your red dot is also shooting POA. Minor adjustments may be needed but if everything is sighted in correctly then when you co witness the red dot should sit directly on top of the front sight post. I prefer a lower 1/3 co witness so that the front sight post stays out of my way when using the red dot. But you can still cowitness when flipping up the rear sight. It just usually appears in the lower portion of the red dot lense.

So I know you guys will balk at this but this is the red dot I will be using until I am able to afford a better one-

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010OMQSR2/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza

Now that red dot scope mount is raised, if I get this

https://www.amazon.com/UTG-Profile-...=sr_1_3?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1496616972&sr=1-3&keywords=flip+rear+sight

or

https://www.amazon.com/Flip-Battle-...=sr_1_9?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1496616972&sr=1-9&keywords=flip+rear+sight

will I be able to co witness all 3(rear sight, red dot and forward/front A2) so they are all lined up incase my red dot goes down without needing a riser for the rear sight since the red dot scope mount is raised and the A2 is obviously as well higher than the picitiny rail?

The actual red dot says "Co-witness with standard height AR pattern sights."

the other two rear sights say "Co-Witness with Standard Optics When Flipped Up - Low Profile & Out of the Way When Folded Down"

"Capable of Co-witnesses with Reflex/holographic sights and Standard Mil-Spec rear sights, designed to match mnt-755 new Gen ss flip up front sight"

so would I need a riser for all of this to work properly? or should it work fine?

Your needs may vary slightly, but as a starting point that will PROBABLY work:

1 - buy a flip-up rear sight. These are designed to line up with your existing front sight. Put on the back of your picatinny rail.
2 - buy a 0.75" riser. Note, the height depends greatly on the red dot design. Risers come in many heights and are pretty cheap. You may need to experiment.
3 - put red dot on riser. Put riser on picatinny rail forward of rear sight.

A - to use red dot: leave rear sight in the down position, look through red dot, dot and front sight post should line up.
B - to use iron sights in a pinch, for example if red dot battery dies: flip rear sight to the up position, use iron sights looking through red dot as if it isn't there.
C - to use iron sights deliberately: remove riser holding red dot and set it aside until you want it again.

I guess my question is those, how the scope mount on that scope i posted up there andhow high the front A2 sight is, will either of those rear sights flip up high enough to line up with the other two incase the red dot goes out and I have to use the rear to look through the red dot at the front sight?

I have the Bushnell TRS-32 - https://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-Optics-TRS-32-Riflescope-Tactical/dp/B00ABP3XNU - which is similar to the Rhino you (OP) linked to and possibly what it is based on. I use it on a S&W 15 Sport with standard fixed front sight and flip-up Magpul rear sight, and it provides "absolute" co-witness, meaning the dot lines up exactly with the front/rear sight do. If the red dot were to stop working, I could flip up the rear sight and be back in business in no time.

Since I doubt anyone here has tried the exact same Rhino/UTG setup as you bought, that means you get to be the expert and should post a review of your results.

I have a UTG Model 4/16 fixed rear sight paired with a Troy HK Battle Sight fixed front sight that I have co-witnessed with my Vortex Sparc RD. This configuration works very well for me and I have used it at the range a lot. I am more accurate with the RD but I can still shoot with iron sights too. I like this configuration very well and it's dead-on reliable.
