Great videos. Many questions have been answered and many new uses thought of.
Great videos!

I just made a kydex sheath for a knife I have been working on. The knife is a cheap Chinese knife made of stainless that I refinished, polished up and added new handles to. Just fooling around mostly, although I have really fallen in love with the shape of it.

Here's my problem. The kydex scratches the heck out of the kife blade and the micarta handles! I used the smooth side on the inside... Where did I go wrong?

Thanks for any help y'all can give.

Hmmm im not sure what to tell you. Tho I would post a thread in the Knife fourms, alot of knife makers hang out there and they'll be far more knowledgeable.

P.S. Have you tried oiling the blade up? Perhaps a little oil will prevent the friction thus preventing scratches.
