I don't eat there often if ever but I do go there for the coffee, best I've had. Yup even better the Star Bucks. I drink mine black w/a little cream, nothin special.

 

Never. Ate it as a kid but I despise it completely now.

 

I have trouble keeping MacDonald's food (if you can call it that) down. I have not eaten there in at least 5-6 years.

I stopped eating there when I stopped eating meat a couple of years ago.

 

I like the yogurt they have and the sweet tea

descriptions are vague, numbers are reality.

 

I don't very often but occasionally if we are out with the family we do get a meal or snack there. The number seems to fluctuate a lot depending on what we do in a year. I would guess maybe 3 times a year maybe.

It's not my favorite fast food place but sometimes it is what is convenient (i.e. open past 4 pm on a Sunday if we are travelling) and affordable (a rival chain costs much more).

When I was single I liked McDonalds over the other burger places in town not because they tasted better but because they deliberately hired the mentally handicapped and seemed to treat those individuals well.

Given my druthers though when I was single I would go to Pizza Hut, or Wendy's for their salad bar (do they still have those? oh man you wouldn't believe how expensive salad bars are over here in those restaurants that do have them) or this sub place that served these new-fangled thick drinks called smoothies....

Given my druthers now I'd rather go to my local pub and have steak, baked potatoes, onion rings, and salad.

Back to the topic (sorry I hijacked) I don't think having a few Mcdonalds or similar type burger meals per year is going to harm you. I do find as I've gotten older my taste for them is quite diminished, and I am gratified when my children rave about dh's and mine home grilled burgers and say they're better than Mc Ds.

I don't do fast food because fast food is not food.

 

I occasionally stop at the drive thru for a couple of those cinnamelts. MMMMMMMM cinnamelts............. and I don't know if they still have them, but I use to like their crispy chicken salad with caeser dressing. All in all I may visit Mc-artery clogger 4-5 times a year.

Never. Period. No pizza, no burger king, zip. No soda.

I do buy it for my kids. Wife eats it to rarely. I do eat Blimpie, Subway and other deli food though which they hate. Also sliced roast beef.

 

Been about a year and a half, so I put never. But its also a 68mi drive for me to get to Mc's.

 

To damn often I am sure. I am also sure its no worse than Spam, potted meat or hotdogs or any other processed foods.

 

Now, THAT crap I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole! *shudder* potted meat...what incarnation of Torquemada thought up THAT vile crap??? I'll eat hotdogs, but only if they are the vegetarian type...the other ones scare me.

Maybe two or three times a year; usually if I am on the road and really hungry.

 

I used to fast food several times daily and it was showing. Then one day a little over a year ago, I gave up all of it, and I'm not going back, even though a whiff of those golden fries or the flame broiled burgers of BK, the melty cheese of Taco Bell, etc. have quite a draw.
