seeing a recent post ( http://www.survivalistboards.com/showthread.php?t=58814 ) about making a cup, and someone was giving them a hard time about the tools they used, then the author made his own hook knife... it gave me the idea to do the same! I am a very DIY kinda person, so I'm surprised I didn't think of this before!

I just heated a standard kitchen paring knife over a candle and bent it with pliers... here is what I came out with

I don't know, lol, it needs to be sharpened first, it's really really dull.
