I've been actually reading this site for 6 months now and finally decided to register. I currently serve in the US Coast Guard on board the Cutter Dauntless. I became interested in survival when me and a group of co-workers were just chatting while at sea in the gulf of mexico about if something were to happen in the US where we were not able to come home, how long could the crew survive at sea. This is where all started for me LOL.
