It was me! This doesn't have much to do with prepping but, one has to have a life outside of all the doom & gloom. Riding dirt bikes is how I relax & enjoy life when I want to get away from the ugly reality of the world we live in today.

I hope to get some video on the KLR 650 as soon as I get the time. I'm still learning how to use the gopro as there are all kinds of options these first two videos are shot in the "standard" def. setting. Hope to use the "high def." setting next & maybe add some ugly music in the future.

I cant justify the use of a gopro, not as much as they cost. But biking sounds fun, my relaxation is sitting next to camp fire shooting the SH** and drinking a cold mixed drink. My next favorite relaxation time is four wheeling.

Nice! I'll check back for the KLR650 vid, but I'd leave the sound alone.. I think most of us would prefer it And how much of this your property? ..like all the small brick buildings and wooden sheds and the area at 6:40 in 1st vid? I like it! :thumb:

It's all my property, although the point where I went down on the KTM is only a couple feet from the neighbors land. I have 15 acres total with a spring that flows (so far) year round regardless of rain fall.

i got a gopro at a steal of a price - no xtreme sports for me - I wear it while fishing or strap it to one of the little ones for a kids eye view of whatever we are doing - I gotta get a chest mount soon - so many mounting options!

GoPro's are awesome. I use them when we do private investigator work involving kids so we can cover ourselves in case they try to accuse us of anything. We have chest harnesses and suction-cup mounts in the car. Beautiful pics.

klrs are sweet bikes! i want one! rite now i got a yam xt 600 and a electra glide standard.the yam is pretty hard to let go of as it runs like a raped monkey.

I tried to buy an XT 600 that was rediculos cheap in the local paper once but, the guy kept giving me the run around & not being home when we agreed to meet. I think his wife was making him sell it & he was only listing it so cheap so he could say "Look baby I'm not going to give it away. I tried to sell it & nobody was interested." LOL.

I think the XT 600 is a very similar bike to the KLR & the XT 660 (Europe only) is probably a better bike than the KLR only more expensive.
