If you take the fruit of that tree and cut it in half it might help you identify it.It looks to be a wild plum or a perssimon.If the fruit has flat seeds it's a perssimon,if it has a round/ovoid pit it might be a wild plum.
Looking at the video again the leave edges are smooth so it might not be a plum,perssimon would get my vote ,but the flat seeds will tell for sure.
