Greeting all, I am a former U.S. Marine parachute Rigger and survival equipment specialist. I am currently working as a civilian, Aircrew Survival equipment speciaist for a Navy/Marine Corps Training squadron here at NAS Pensacola. Just because I have Survival in my job title, I recived very little "survival" training from the military. Most of what I have learned, I self trained, or learned before my Military service. I have been thrugh, fires, earthqakes, typhoons, hurricanes, floods and riots. I bring these experences to the groop, I hope I can teach a few things to members, and hope to learn in the process.

Hey there, my father was a parachute rigger instructor in Lakehurst, NJ. You may very well have been there for some of your training. Welcome to the Survivalist Boards family.
