Yeah, i was getting small pistol over the summer for $65 OTD at CAL Ranch. Limit 200 a day. Luckily i live really close.
Anything under $80 is not a ripoff unfortunately. A lot of sites increased hazmat fee and hazmat shipping though.
Ive been having some luck at Graf's for powder ,but i just cant bring myself to pay $90 to $100 per K primers and then add hazmat, ship, and state tax.
That is true. Sportsmans Wareouse has had primers differant times over the last 2 years. They usually charge $5.75 per sleeve, but likewise have a 200 limit.

Yeah, I think I need to start buying primers again. I sort of thought we would see more availability by now, but with fjb coming closer to an election I have to assume the chance we get in a ground war is rising. Probably time to start replenishing what I have run down since the plandemic started.

I don't want to call BS, but Midway has not had primers listed for less than $80 per brick in over two years. They also had a 1 brick limit on primers a year ago. At least from what I saw, and I shop Midway pretty frequently. Maybe I missed something. If you can find in stock primers under $75 per brick, please share a link.
You can call it whatever you like, but truth is truth. I was able to get the deals by using the reloading link on Discord.

It sounds as many of you have used this company in the past. Good co?

read lots of scammers so paranoid as excited for a decent deal. Thanks
Ive used them several times. My first order from them was for 2,000 .30 cal bullets. Great deal, but it was lost in the mail. After 2 weeks I contacted them. The owner asked for my number and called me personally. He apologized, and mailed a replacement order. A week later, BOTH boxes showed up. 4,000 bullets. I called him up, and he said I could either send me a prepaid shipping label, or I could keep them at his dealer cost. So I got the second batch at half the original price, which was already dirt cheap. They're very good people.

I agree. As long as ammo production is staying high and the left over components of a run get sold they will never drop. I honestly don’t see them dropping until 2-4 years after the Ukraine russia war is over due to new military purchase agreements.
I think you're right. With everyone cleaning out their warehouses to send to Uke, just replenishing is going to eat up a lot of primer and ammo production for a while, nevermind if the shootin war starts. Metal prices have been trending back up as well, copper up about 25% since last year for example. Wages are also up, and they aren't going back down. Add in more legislation worries and lawsuits.... well...

While it's fun to wish for prices to drop back to pre-craziness levels, I think it's unlikely.

I have 23,000 mixed primers mostly SPP with SRP and large pistol and rifle along with 4,000 209s and 8,000 BP caps so I'm good for now and glad I bought when the highest price was $28 per thousand. I feel for the folks trying to get into reloading or resupply now.
