So I love fishing for huge river carp. Not a fish I'd eat unless I had too but lots of fun to catch. I always just let them go.
My wife found a use. She grinds em up and uses them as the base for home canned dog food.
On a good day I can take over 100lbs of carp. If i set trot lines ( I do it now believe me ) I can literally harvest enough carp to make enough dog food for the year in just a few days.
My daughter's cats eat it too.
