I figured out how to copy the name of the video and post it in you tube.

The hammer is called a frizzen here.
I carry a quill in my tricorn.
Hang fire explanation best Ive seen, ever.
My pricker is a Pickering tool.
Great video, now I have to watch more.

You should post his char cloth video for all the folks that think they need to a carry a lighter.

The correct & original name in English was/is hammer or steel, also called a battery, but modern muzzle-loader shooters everywhere, including here, call it a frizzen. Being a living historian I try to keep to the original terms.
