I have used "fish" Z-packs for my sinus infections. The work the same as the ones from the Pharmacy.

Wife takes Pharmacy Cipro for UTI, I cannot convince her to take anything "fish".

Fish Cipro is on my "to buy" list.

I got a long list of fish meds Im going to get for my SHTF provisions. I would trust it.

I am currently taking amoxicillin. Seems like the major chains don't carry fish amoxicillin. I know Pet Smart and Petco don't. I called around and found a local specialty fish store with a bottle of fish amoxicilin. Westward 938. Was way more expensive than online ($15 for 12 250mg vs $15 for 100 250mg).

Petsmart does have packets of powdered erythromycin, but that'd be a last resort until someone proves them better or worse.
