I reload my own 223.(last count was around 3000 rds) but order most of my projectiles from midway. good people to deal with.

The Federal xm-193 is good stuff. I did go to the website to see what else they had. I went through 4 pages and just about everything was sold out .223 wise. They had some Black Hills (Good ammo) but it was loads that my AR won't shoot. (45 gr V-max) etc..
When I bought My AR 3-yrs ago it was hard to get ammo if a store had some it was because they charged more than what everybody else was. I remember beng able to by 20 rnd bxs for $2.99. (PMC, Winchester..) this was about 8 yrs ago. I hope ammo prices come down soon, since metal prices are falling along with oil. I sure would like to shoot more often.
