Yup. So why did we arm and support them? The US government literally funded terrorists (FSA/al Qaeda) in Syria. It is going to bite us in the ass somehow.
The way we conduct foreign policy is dangerous and reckless. Our leaders are putting American lives at risk by involving our country in these blood feuds that do not remotely concern vital US interests.
What's your source for this?
I am not surprised by the SOF cheif's declaration. The FSA is pretty much defunct at this point.

I hate to say it but we need to pull the heck out of this stuff. Both sides hate us so why support one. We need to pull back and protect our country while still maintaining a world wide presence that allows for 24hour strike capability. And it someone comes at us. Bomb them back to the stone age and never put boots on the ground. We end up creating more enemy's when we attempt to help them and end up fighting while helping them.

This crap will always continue as long as the US is still dependent on foreign oil(and everything else), and the grotesquely wealthy are allowed to continue making themselves more wealthy while bleeding this country dry. I wouldn't even want to know how much wealth has been lost to oil importing, trade deficit and loss of jobs to overseas(especially manufacturing jobs) We will never stop meddling until that oil artery is severed. We are currently dealing with the fallout of decades and decades of animosity caused by the meddling of western powers in that region.

I've been saying this from the very beginning of the conflict: STOP ALL IMMIGRATION FROM SYRIA, REJECT ALL APPLICATIONS FOR ASYLUM IMMEDIATELY
After witnessing literally dozens upon dozens of Islamist videos from Syria involving beheadings and mass execution of civilians, the only conclusion to be drawn in my opinion is to prevent these Islamic vermin from ever reaching our soil. The only way to ensure so is to STOP ALL IMMIGRATION AND ASYLUM from the region. I don't trust any of them, I don't want anyone from Syria anywhere near me. There is no way to know how much innocent blood is on their hands, and they surely won't disclose that information on their applications for asylum and immigration.
These people will contribute NOTHING to American society, while reaping the benefits and possibly spreading their radical Islamic ideologies and endangering the American public.

I don't know about the spreading radical islam part, but i definitely agree that they could pose a security risk. I can't imagine a valid reason why any immigration whatsoever would be allowed from any country that has a large number of inhabitants that hate us.
2 years into the war there are reports, that's all. Saudi arabia has far more at stake than the US and they and a number of other gulf states have openly been funneling money/arms into syria. With the incompetence and indifference of the zerobama administration, I'm surprised they've done the little they have. Their concern is all about gays, mexicans, and the global warming myth....aka building their domestic empire.
There, fixed it for ya and I 100% agree. No one would care about the middle east if they didn't have oil. And russia would be broke if they didn't have gas. And England's welfare state would have turned itself into a white, overcast version of haiti if they didn't have their north sea crude.

The problem is not the asylum seekers, they are the ones who want nothing to do with war, that is why they are trying to get out of there. The problem is with the radicals who are already American, British, European or whatever, and then go there for battle experience/training.

Did you not watch the news coverage or any of Obama's speeches? We supported FSA, not Assad. FSA= barbarian terrorists.
I'll let you do the groundwork if you disbelieve what I've stated. Google "Obama supports FSA" or any other number of combinations.

Send a small device to NYC or CA port --- I'm surprised it hasn’t happened yet !
Right now I'm more worried about their brothers and minions - slowly setting up for the take over -- their point man in office is being allowed to do a great job for them so far
“If” - there’s an outright invasion --- don’t expect me to wait for a B/S combat lawyer - or permission !
If there’s a towel on its head -- “its dead” - and I don’t give a rats arse if its been given a green card or not !
WW-I and WW-II - “You beat us --- we’re going home now” - isn’t in their DNA ---

Actually we have had the so called " Training " camps here
for some time. Even before 0bama was president.
Here is a Video with 36 camps right here in the Good Ol USA.
I have seen a list show there is one in my state just not in Detroit.
It is located in Clear Water, MI close to a major Walmart
distribution center. A lot of warehouses and semi trucks. Makes
you wonder don't it? They could easily take it over and cause
is shortage here.
Anyway Ill try and find the most up to date list.
