Has anybody dealt with them??? Good or bad.... I like a couple things I have seen on their site however the header claims"not accepting new orders until the back log is caught up""

Anybody ?? I hear crickets chirping....
I have sent 2 emails to them over the last 2 weeks w/o any response if that is any indication then I am steering away and a heads up for the rest of you.
