Drone industry releases ethics code

So they release a "Code of Conduct" for the operation of Drones.

It's not binding it's just a code as the article states Acceptance and Adherence will contribute to safety and professionalism. In other words it's not binding.

As far as I'm concerned any entity that is flying over my home and taking pictures or conducting surveillance without a warrant is a violation of my 4th Amendment rights against illegal search.

Many will argue anything out in the open is public and therefore not under the protection of the 4th amendment, however if one has a privacy fence to keep people from seeing what is on the other side of the fence then it is no longer public.

Yeah I know I'm just peeing in wind here but the fact remains it's a moral violation of privacy, but because an Official Policy always makes it okay:mad:
