Do you mind sharing your recipe for pressure canning venison?I haven't canned chili, but I have made chili from pressure canned venison many times. It's fast and probably tastes fresher.
I cold pack venison cut up venison chunks in pt widemouth jars. Add 1/2 tsp canning salt and a dash of black pepper. I pressure can at 10 lbs for 90 mins.Do you mind sharing your recipe for pressure canning venison?
