Yea I know, I'm sniveling, but damn, 16 degrees in Texas? Come on that's COLD!!!!!

I deliver Propane for a living, we've been running our butts off for a couple of weeks now. I like overtime but it's getting a bit much.

Okay rant over, how cold is it where you're at?

At 1 this morning it was 61 degrees. At 2:15 this morning it was 40 degrees. That was one stiff north wind. Now it's 30 degrees, wind chill 19.

Tonight it's supposed to be 17 with a wind chill of -6.

This is FLORIDA!! I'd like to cancel my subscription to winter this year. I am definitely NOT a satisfied customer!

Windy, chilly...but still 3-9C+ (37.4 to 48.2F) here in the South of Sweden. Unusually mild for this time of the year (good - because I hate frost & snow).

They did predict doom & gloom (worst winter ever) over at our UK friends a couple of months ago, so I stocked up on pellets, prepping for the worst...didn't seem to come...but you never know, it COULD be just around the corner.

It is so cold this morning it is below my thermometers scale. It goes down to 0F. First time I have ever seen that happen in the 15 years of living here. From the weather site it says it is -3F but that is just a guess.

Hope it don't last for very long since my place is fairly good for the area but not setup to handle sub zero temperatures for long. Pipes are not buried all that deep. Never needed to be. I expect that a lot of folks in my area are going to suffer burst piping under their homes and in exterior walls.

tonight its supposed to hit -30 to -40 F with wind chill, right now its warm and about 5 degrees outside, not counting wind chill.
